Editorial Policy

Our reputation is our most valuable asset. We adhere to strict editorial standards to ensure our readers can trust our recommendations.

Independence

Hydrology University accepts no payment for reviews. We evaluate products based on manufacturer specs, third-party certifications, and published lab data. If a manufacturer provides a unit for editorial review, we disclose this clearly. Manufacturers have no say in our editorial content or rating scores.

Affiliate Disclosure

To support our editorial operations, we participate in affiliate programs. If you purchase a product through our links, we may earn a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you. However, our recommendations are driven by data, not commission rates. We frequently recommend products with no affiliate program if they are truly the best option.

Corrections & Updates

We are committed to accuracy. If an error is identified in our content, we correct it promptly and transparently. We also regularly update our reviews to reflect long-term durability findings and changes in product availability.
